How my journey began

it began with them

My life experiences have led me to where I am today including having my first child as a teen and putting myself through graduate school as  single mom. My childhood was difficult and I experienced trauma myself, but those hard times help me be more compassionate and empathetic with the children and families I serve.

I have found myself in therapy off and on my whole adult life and recently completed EMDR therapy, which was so good and life changing! I'm a huge fan of therapy, growth, and facing our hard to do better for our future generations.

I’m obsessed with…

🕯️ Bath and Body Works candles
📚 Books and reading
🐈‍⬛ My cats and my grand-fur babies
♟️ Game night with my friends
🧋 Starbucks Refresher

No family is perfect — we could all use a little help at different times.

That might look like my in-home parent coaching, my trainings, or a one-time consultationSometimes families find themselves in need of home studies to grow their families and I am happy to be able to help in this area as well.
