You find yourself either being too strict or too passive simply because you are lost at how to parent from a place of connection and less chaos.

You may have read the books, taken the classes, and know the tools, but putting it together in the midst of chaos feels impossible!

That's where I come in!

Sometimes we just need someone outside of the home to give us some reminders, tips and  tricks on parenting our kids from a place of healing and growth.

With at least 5 weekly zoom calls (and the opportunity to do more as needed), we will walk through the needs behind behaviors, looking at the whole child, and identifying what your family needs to move forward towards peace.

One-on-one coaching is currently $625 (or 3 payments of $115).

This includes:

☑ Initial 30 minute consultation to set goals

☑ Weekly zoom calls with experienced parent coach

☑ Minimum of 5 sessions focused on your specific needs

☑ Trauma aware education and hands-on activities centered around connection
